Monica Lin, Esq. MBA

Monica Lin is an experienced lawyer in Los Angeles, licensed to practice law in California and New York. She resolves business and real estate problem for her clients. She enjoys defending business and real estate owners against legal threats and lawsuits, so that they can be free from the negative consequences of being dragged into a lawsuit. Her motto is: "You don't have to suffer."

Her unique and notable experience includes serving as outside counsel to City of Los Angeles (Los Angeles Worldwide Airports / LAWA) and publicly traded banks (handling “special assets”) while working at a downtown Los Angeles law firm before starting her own law practice. Through hard work and diligence, Attorney Monica Lin has consistently obtained favorable results for clients in court and in the business world.

In her spare time, Monica Lin enjoys long hikes in mountains and around high altitude lakes. She also enjoys in-depth study of the old testament/Hebrew bible, and currently leads a study of Hosea entitled "Finding Hope When Life Seems Dark".

Monica Lin is an officer of the Partnerships and Limited Liability Companies (LLCs) Committee, Business Law Section, California Lawyers Association. She currently serves as the Secretary of the committee for the 2020 - 2021 term, and was the Publications Chair for the 2019 - 2020 term.
