Monica Lin, Esq. MBA

Monica Lin is an experienced business and real estate lawyer in Los Angeles, licensed to practice law in California and New York.

Her unique and notable experience includes serving as outside counsel to City of Los Angeles (Los Angeles Worldwide Airports / LAWA) and several publicly traded banks (handling “special assets”) while working at a law firm in downtown Los Angeles before starting her own practice CEO Law, Inc., a professional law corporation.

With her broad-based experience and in-depth expertise, she focuses her practice on helping business owners, global companies with subsidiaries and affiliates in the U.S., and real estate investors who own properties through business entities such as LLCs (limited liability companies).

Through hard work and diligence, Attorney Monica Lin has consistently obtained favorable results for clients in state and federal courts, as well as in the business world.
