Next Level Success

Monica Lin, Esq. MBA

Monica Lin is an experienced lawyer in Los Angeles, licensed to practice law in California and New York. She resolves business and real estate problems for her clients. She takes pride in defending hard-working, honest business and real estate owners against unjust and frivolous lawsuits that should not have been filed and should be terminated early for the betterment of all.

Further, she strongly believes in preventing lawsuits by taking preventive actions early on in transactions and potential deals.

As a result of what she does, her clients get their life back and have peace of mind. She always encourages and tells people: "You don't have to suffer."

Her unique and notable experience includes serving as outside counsel to City of Los Angeles (Los Angeles Worldwide Airports / LAWA) and publicly traded banks (resolving lawsuits involving the “special assets” in business and commercial real estate loans). She worked at a law firm in downtown Los Angeles before starting her own law practice. Through diligence and faithful hard work, Attorney Monica Lin has consistently obtained favorable results for her clients in court and in the business world.

Monica Lin has recently been appointed to the Executive Committee of California Lawyers Association, Business Law Section.
