Monica Lin is an experienced attorney based in Los Angeles with a strong foundation in law, business, and technology. She is licensed in California and New York.
She brings the experience and expertise she gained as outside litigation counsel for the City of Los Angeles, banks, lenders and corporate clients at her previous firm to her own practice, delivering practical legal solutions aligned with clients’ business objectives.
She focuses her practice on commercial and real estate litigation, general counsel services, and emerging legal issues including AI governance and data privacy. She holds the Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) and Artificial Intelligence Governance Professional (AIGP) certifications from IAPP, as well as certifications in prompt engineering and trustworthy AI from Vanderbilt University.
