Monica Lin is an experienced attorney based in Los Angeles, licensed in California and New York, with an MBA in Finance and Marketing.
Monica is dedicated to resolving legal challenges and identifying opportunities for corporations and real estate investors. Her practice is built on the belief that many legal issues can be prevented with proactive guidance. When litigation is necessary, she enjoys helping clients effectively obtain favorable results.
She draws from her experience as outside litigation counsel for the City of Los Angeles, lenders, and financial institutions to provide practical legal strategies that align with clients' business goals.

Outside of her practice, Monica has served on the Executive Committee of the California Lawyers Association, Business Law Section, and as the chair of the Partnerships and Limited Liability Companies Committee. She is also passionate about hiking, studying the Old Testament, and leading Precept Bible study classes that reach participants across the globe.
